Terms & Conditions – The Not-So-Boring (But Still Important) Stuff

Booking & Payment Policy

We like to keep things chill, but we also need to keep the lights on. Here’s how it works:

• We’ll charge your card upon arrival
• Your card will be authorized a week before check-in (if it’s not valid, we can’t hold your reservation)
• The primary guest must be 25 or older (we’ll need to see that ID!)

Cancellation Policy (Where We Try to Be Cool About It)

Life happens, we get it! Here’s our flexible approach:

• Cancellations within 3 days of check-in are charged one night plus taxes
• BUT (and this is where we’re different) – if we can rebook your room, we’ll refund your cancellation fees
• The earlier you let us know, the better chance we have of rebooking and getting you that refund
• Pro tip: Consider travel insurance for those unexpected moments (bad weather, toothaches, or whatever life throws your way).

Important Stuff to Know

• 🐶🐺 Sorry, furry friends – no pets allowed (we love them, but some guests have allergies)
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who doesn’t follow our policies
• Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed

Damage Policy

While we trust you’ll treat our place like your own beach house, we need to cover this:

• Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property
• Any damage discovered after check-out will be charged to the card on file
• Smoking in rooms results in a deep cleaning fee

Additional Policies

• Maximum occupancy per room must be strictly observed
• Quiet hours are enforced for everyone’s peace of mind
• All guests must register at the front desk
• Lost keys/access cards incur a replacement fee

Group Bookings

• Special terms apply for group bookings
• Please contact us directly for group rates and policies

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel reservations that don’t comply with our policies. Don’t worry though – we’re pretty easy to get along with! 😊
