Property amenities:

Our property has a ground floor bathroom, a soda and ATM machine, an outdoor shower to wipe off the memorable sand crystals from your feet, coin operated guest laundry, a bbq grille and tables, a second floor patio with Adirondack chairs to relax at 24/7, an elevator that takes you to every floor, and an incredible open air rooftop lounge. On special holidays we also grill for our guests on the rooftop. We also have a fully stocked beach shed just for our guests including water toys, floaties, umbrellas, lounger chairs, towels, sunscreen, and anything else you would need for a fun beach experience. We also sell beer and wines on site!

Our second floor patio has Adirondack recliners facing the oceans, along with picnic tables to enjoy any meal of the day. Many guests lounge here during the day and wave to passing pedestrians. Our roof offers an even more private lounge area, with umbrellas to give some shade, and reclining lounge chairs to tune out of everything, but we do shut it at night. The rooftop overlooks the ocean and a large stretch of beach. It is home to incredible views of the annual July 4th fireworks! Our guests receive paid parking on site, free wifi, all day beach access, and no hidden resort charges!

Town amenities:

Fort Lauderdale Beach is a vibrant, diverse, and colorful town. It is both lively in some parts and quaint in others. Next door to our building is an historic restaurant called “Casablanca Café” which becomes a piano bar at night. It is also a great place to drink! Starbucks is situated one block north from us. A mile south by “Las Olas,” there is a booming nightlife scene for young adults. The rest of the town is suitable for all ages, including the elderly, and children.

The beach itself is cleaner and more maintained than Miami Beach. Many guests stay with us to port cruises from Fort Lauderdale, but always applaud our town for offering a better stay than Miami Beach. Fort Lauderdale is also more diverse in terms of age groups. Many people visit as young couples, and many come as entire families. There are children, dogs, swings, and jetski rentals. Directly across our hotel is “Atlantic Jetski Rentals” which offers guests a discounted rate. The beach is safe and highly guarded. The property itself is heavily protected and all gates are locked and password protected at night. We accommodate all, as long as you are over 25 years of age. We do not welcome spring breakers.

Along our street (Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd, or A1A), there are “Barhopper “or “The Free Ride” trolleys driving up and down picking up pedestrians. They look like stretch limo golf carts, that pick up anyone and everyone at all times of the day. The ride is free however tips are encouraged. All motorists must by state law yield to pedestrians at crosswalks, which are conspicuously lit up. We are also a close stop to the “Water Taxi” which tours the entire intercoastal waterway.

We are also a close stop on the “beach link” route of “Sun Trolley” which is a town bus that gives a vivid tour of central beach. Within walking range are a small park on the beach, The Gallery at Beach Plaza (which houses CVS, Fat Tuesdays, Hooters, Haagen Dazs ice cream, gift stores, a smoothie and coconut cart, a wrap bodega, and many other small stores), Beach Bunnies Café, H20 Café, and many other top-rated restaurants and bars.
