Free parking, free beach gear, free internet, open-air patio & rooftop lounge, sundries sold in office, no resort fee, endless beach & ocean across the street!
If checking in after the office closes, we will store your key securely in a locked box and email & text directions on how to access it. Plz keep in touch with us and inform us of the arrival time.

ABOUT SNOOZE:

1. Check-in time is 3pm, check out time is 11am, please adhere to this to enable us to accommodate all of our guests. You can keep your luggage secure with us if you arrive before or want to leave late, and the rooftop and patio are yours to access.
2. Your credit card was pre authorized, not charged. We charge the total amount with taxes at check-in. Prior auth charge will say “pending” and release.
3. Must display ID at check-in that matches reservation name. Must be 25 and over to stay. No exceptions.
4. Payment – a credit card charge adds a 3% processing fee, which can be avoided by paying cash or debit, this fee is from our processing company.
5. We make room key on site at check-in.
6. Registration invoice must be signed at check-in, binding the guest to agree to our contract and rules. Plz leave email address for contact.

RULES:

1. No smoking in rooms at all. If we smell or see smoke, $100 cleaning fee will be charged no exceptions.
2. Elevator locks in evening to ensure guest access only – use code to access – 911# on keypad. Then press circular floor button.
3. The rooftop is closed at night by town ordinance.
4. Quiet hours 11pm onwards, noisy guests evicted.
5. Free day rental for beach gear behind office (chairs inflatables umbrellas sunscreen etc). Must return by evening, no storing in rooms.

NOTES:

1. Do you have a car? We give parking pass to validate spot, plz keep on dash. Cars with no pass are towed as parking is tight.
2. Free WIFI  – user is ocean hotel. Password displayed in rooms on dresser.
3. Fee for lost key $20. Plz return keys at check-out or leave in blue box by office door
4. Wine and beer sold in office same price as CVS 20 min walk
5. 2nd floor adirondack chair patio open to all guests all times.
6. Plz call (not text) 754-248-6758 for issues & emergencies, such as being locked out of room, or noisy neighbors. Plz use discretion as this is routed to one of our personal cell phones in the middle of the night. Noisy guests will be evicted. Plz report noise complaints immediately.
